2017, the employees of JSC «Uzbek Leasing International A.O.» took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Corporate Governance: Current Status, Challenges, Trends and Development Prospects», which was held at the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance. The conference was organized by the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance in cooperation with the Global University of Handong (Republic of Korea) with the support of the UNITWIN / UNESCO Interuniversity Networking Program.
Deputy General Director of JSC «Uzbek Leasing International A.O.» Yusupov B.S. spoke at the conference with a report on «The influence of corporate governance on the investment attractiveness of leasing companies.»
The main objectives of the conference were to discuss the current tendencies and experience in the development of corporate governance in the country and abroad, as well as the tasks and practical recommendations for the further improvement of the corporate relations system, and the introduction of progressive international standards and norms in corporate governance and management in joint-stock companies.
