Our SUCCESSFULLY funded project

Uzbek-Chinese JV “ORZU-TEKS” LLC was established in 2006. One of the company's activities is the production of high-quality knitwear - ready-made men's, women's and children's clothing (stitch and stitchless T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets and vests made of knitted and raincoat fabrics, tracksuits and trousers, jumpers and sweatshirts, men's, women’s and children underwear). The company's factory is located in Chirchik, Tashkent region. The production capacity of the enterprise is more than 2,000,000 knitwear per year. Currently, more than 90% of the volume of production is exported, mainly to Russia.


 


Also, in 2015, the company established the production of aluminum profiles for window and door structures under the ALUBEST trademark. Aluminum profiles are sold throughout the country: Djizak, Samarkand, Kokand, Namangan, Andijan, Karshi, Navoi, Bukhara, Termez, Denau. The production volume is more than 700 tons per year. In order to expand the range of profiles and increase sales, similar equipment with greater productivity was purchased. Thus, the volume of production will be about 1500 tons per year, and 30 additional jobs will be created.


The company employs 211 people, incl. 117 women. Our company has been successfully cooperating with the JV ORZU-TEKS LLC since 2010. Today, the company “Uzbek Leasing International A.O.” has financed 5 (five) leasing projects of the JV “ORZU-TEKS” LLC, namely:

  • 2 (two) projects for the expansion and development of the current activity of the enterprise for the production of knitwear - this is a return lease in the amount of 480 million soums to acquire the production area of the factory, where the current knitwear production of the enterprise is located, and currency leasing in the amount of 21,730 US dollars for the purchase of air compressors (made in China) to ensure the continuous operation of the production process of knitwear;
  • 3 (three) currency projects for a total amount of more than 1 million US dollars in the period from 2014 until 2018 - first for the organization of a new business for the production of aluminum profiles, and later - for its expansion - through the acquisition of equipment for aluminum processing in leasing.

It should be noted that the 5th leasing project of JV “ORZU-TEKS” LLC in the amount of USD 295,560 was financed by Uzbek Leasing International A.O. at the end of July 2018 at the expense of the credit line of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).


JV “ORZU-TEKS” LLC is a dynamically developing textile company, which takes an active part in international specialized exhibitions for promotion of its products in foreign markets and increasing its order book. So, in recent years, the company participated in several international exhibitions - fairs of goods and equipment of textile and light industry with its exhibition stand in such countries as Russia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, and also in Tashkent city.
