Negotiations took place between Siemens Healthineers and JV Uzbek Leasing International A.O. JSC.

Siemens Healthineers (https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/) is a subsidiary of Siemens AG concern. This is an organizational and structural division of the Concern, engaged in the production of high-tech medical and diagnostic equipment. Siemens Healthineers provides solutions for the entire healthcare sector, from disease prevention and early detection to diagnostics, therapy and patient care.

Since 2015, Siemens AG has been a reliable partner of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. During the period of cooperation "Uzbek Leasing International A.O." financed leasing projects for the supply of "SIEMENS" medical equipment to private medical clinics in Uzbekistan for a total amount of more than 6.5 million euros. The projects were successfully financed using the credit line of AKA Bank Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Germany) under the insurance coverage of Export Insurance Agency HERMES. Modern medical equipment "SIEMENS" has been supplied to private medical clinics in Tashkent - "AKFA Medline", "Shox Med Center" and "SHOXRUH BIZNES PLUS", which are currently actively providing a wide range of medical services to the population of the country.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of further expansion and strengthening of cooperation between companies for the sale of "SIEMENS" medical equipment in Uzbekistan through leasing of our company.
