OUR SUCCESSFULLY FUNDED PROJECT

Another of our successfully funded projects is SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC (Tashkent city).

Joint venture JSC "Uzbek Leasing International A.O." financed the project of "SOFIYA QANDOLAT" LLC for the successful development of the Safia confectionery chain.

For information: SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC (https://safiabakery.uz/ ) was founded and officially registered in January, 2016. The main activity of the company is the production of confectionery products. In the confectionery market of Uzbekistan, the products of SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC are known under the Safia trademark.

The Safia confectionery chain is a family–owned enterprise whose history begins in 2001 with the pastry chef – lover of homemade pastries Mukhayo Ayupova. In 2007, the daughter of Mukhayo Ayupova, Madina Akmalovna, opens the first home baking store. Thanks to the common contribution of family members to the development, the company is successfully expanding and the first confectionery shop is opened. Currently, the company employs more than 2 thousand people, of which 60% are women. And also, SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC has launched a chain of coffee shops with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, in addition to confectionery pastries.

The management of SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC is carried out by experienced and qualified employees. For continuous improvement of confectionery products, foreign confectioners with experience in European countries are invited to the company, and local confectioners are sent abroad for advanced training. So, in 2018, the company's staff was trained in Italy, in 2019 — in Kazakhstan.

To date, the company's product range is more than 500 product names. These are pastry, puff products, cakes, cakes and ice cream, as well as the production of semi–finished products — chebureks, cutlets and dumplings

For 7 years of successful activity, SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC has opened more than 50 branches in Tashkent, as well as branches in Andijan and Ferghana. The company founded the largest confectionery factory in Uzbekistan, which was launched in July of this year. In 2022, a confectionery house was opened in Kazakhstan.

SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC works with more than 100 cafes and restaurants, to which it provides its pastries. Also, the company has created "Safia Catering" – a service for organizing field service of a festive event at any venue: outdoors, on a summer terrace, in the office, at home, etc.

Thanks to the project funded by the joint venture JSC "Uzbek Leasing International A.O.", SOFIYA QANDOLAT LLC plans to expand its current activities, open branches in other cities of Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries, increase the production of confectionery products and semi-finished products, and thereby strengthen its position in the market.
