Business presentation for women entrepreneurs and the business women’s Association “Tadbirkor Ayol”
On January 14, 2026, a presentation of the services of Uzbek Leasing International A.O., aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan, was held at the office of the Business Women’s Association “Tadbirkor Ayol.”
A presentation entitled “Leasing as a Driver of Business Development for Women Entrepreneurs Across Various Sectors” was delivered by Zafarjon Mustafayev, Chief Executive Officer of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. and Chairman of the Leasing Association of Uzbekistan.
As part of the event, the following topics were presented:
- current statistics on the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan;
- leasing opportunities as an effective alternative to bank lending;
- an overview of the current state and future prospects of the national leasing market;
- successful projects of Uzbek Leasing implemented in cooperation with women entrepreneurs;
- types and terms of the company’s leasing products developed for small and medium-sized businesses, including women entrepreneurs.
Special attention was given to the long-standing cooperation with the “Tadbirkor Ayol” Association, as well as to international programs supporting women’s entrepreneurship with the participation of the Asian Development Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Uzbek Leasing International A.O. consistently supports initiatives aimed at expanding women’s economic opportunities, fostering sustainable entrepreneurship in the regions, and intends to continue close cooperation with the Business Women’s Association “Tadbirkor Ayol.”
