Meeting between Uzbek Leasing International A.O. and Inclusive Resource Management (IRM)

On February 16, 2026, a meeting was held at the office of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. with Inclusive Resource Management.

Inclusive Resource Management (IRM (https://inclusiverm.com/)) is an international consulting company specializing in the development of Islamic finance, financial product structuring, research, and professional training. IRM provides expert support to financial institutions, regulators, and investors in the implementation, structuring, and scaling of Islamic finance instruments.

The IRM delegation included:
  • Dr. Adnan Aziz — Managing Director;
  • Mr. Khurshed Mirakilov — Head of the CIS Region;
  • Ms. Malika Urakova — Senior Country Support Specialist.
During the meeting, the General Director of Uzbek Leasing International A.O., Zafarjon Mustafayev, delivered a comprehensive presentation covering:
  • the current state and development trends of the leasing market in Uzbekistan;
  • the company’s key areas of activity and strategic priorities;
  • the implementation of Islamic financial instruments — Ijara and Murabaha;
  • successful projects demonstrating the practical effectiveness of Islamic leasing.
Following a constructive dialogue, the parties expressed their readiness to develop cooperation in the following areas:
  • advisory support in enhancing and expanding the range of Islamic financial products;
  • identification and attraction of funding sources for the implementation of Islamic leasing programs;
  • organization of specialized seminars and training programs on Islamic finance for leasing companies in Uzbekistan.
