On February 19, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation signing ceremony was held in Tashkent between the Tashkent City Regional Branch of the International Association of Business Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Tadbirkor Ayol” and Uzbek Leasing International A.O..

The document is aimed at developing and supporting women’s entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, expanding women’s participation in the business environment, and enhancing their financial and managerial literacy.

The parties agreed to cooperate in increasing access to leasing and financial instruments, supporting the modernization of enterprises led by women, and stimulating their investment activity.

Within the framework of the partnership, the sides plan to develop specialized leasing products with flexible financing terms, organize seminars, forums, and industry events, and implement projects aimed at engaging women entrepreneurs in economic activity across the country’s regions.

Special attention will be given to improving digital literacy and promoting ESG initiatives, including green financing and environmental projects.

The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step in strengthening cooperation between financial institutions and the community of women entrepreneurs, opening new opportunities for sustainable business growth and expanding the economic role of women in the country.
