Master Class at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration

On May 7, 2026, a master class on "Leasing Activities in Uzbekistan and Prospects for Digitalization" was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The speaker of the event was Zafarjon Buribayevich Mustafayev, CEO of JSC "Uzbek Leasing International A.O." and Chairman of the Leasing Association of Uzbekistan. In his presentation, he provided a detailed overview of the essence of leasing, current industry trends, implemented projects, as well as the prospects for the digital transformation of the leasing sector in Uzbekistan.

The presentation covered the following topics:

  • the history and development of leasing;
  • current trends in the global leasing market;
  • the development of leasing activities in Uzbekistan;
  • the role of digitalization in leasing companies;
  • the practical experience of digitalization at JSC Uzbek Leasing International A.O.

The master class was attended by master's degree students in the following fields:

  • public administration;
  • integrated territorial development;
  • human resource development.

At the end of the event, an active Q&A session was held, during which the participants received practical information about the opportunities, current initiatives, and prospects for the digitalization of the leasing industry.
