On 9 July 2026, a meeting was held at the office of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. with representatives of Azərbaycan Mikro-Kredit (AZMK).

AZMK is a non-bank credit organization of Azerbaijan, established in 2014. The company provides a wide range of financial services to both individuals and legal entities, including microloans, consumer and business loans, as well as leasing services for vehicles, specialized machinery, and equipment. AZMK places particular emphasis on the development of digital financial services, enabling customers to submit online applications and access services through its mobile application. In addition, the organization actively supports the development of small and medium-sized enterprises by financing entrepreneurial projects across Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged experience and discussed current trends in the development of the leasing industry in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, the implementation of digital solutions in leasing processes, as well as the prospects for the development of Islamic finance products, including Murabaha, Ijara, and others.
