Representatives of Uzbekistan’s Leasing Sector Participate in an International Study Visit and Professional Experience Exchange in Georgia

Fr om 27 to 29 October 2026, a three-day study visit and professional experience exchange program was held in Tbilisi, Georgia. The program was organized by AzRy (https://www.azry.com/), a company specializing in the development of software solutions for the leasing industry, including the Leasing Core System (LCS).

The event brought together representatives of leading leasing companies from Uzbekistan:
Uzbek Leasing International A.O. JSC;
Trast Leasing LLC;
Autosanoat Agro Lizing LLC;
Taiba Finance FE LLC;
In Rent LLC.

The main objective of the visit was to explore advanced digital solutions for the leasing business, exchange practical knowledge and experience, and gain insights into the operations and development of Georgia’s leasing market.

As part of the comprehensive business program, participants:
Explored the capabilities of the Leasing Core System (LCS) — familiarized themselves with the functionality of AzRy’s software, its key tools, and practical approaches to the digital transformation of leasing operations;

Participated in expert discussions on current industry development issues, including digital customer engagement channels, risk management, financial reporting, business process automation, as well as regulatory, legal and tax aspects of leasing operations;

Visited leading companies in Georgia’s leasing and financial sectors —  AzRy (https://www.azry.com/), TBC Leasing (https://www.tbcleasing.ge/home) and Tera Leasing (https://terabank.ge/en/teraleasing). During these meetings, participants had the opportunity to learn about business process management, technologies in use, and practical solutions implemented by their Georgian counterparts;

Discussed prospects for future cooperation, opportunities to adapt and implement modern digital tools, and potential areas for strengthening professional ties between the leasing markets of Uzbekistan and Georgia.

The final stage of the program included a cultural and educational trip to the Kakheti region, wh ere participants explored Georgia’s historical heritage, culture and traditions.

International experience exchange is an important driver of leasing industry development. Such initiatives contribute to strengthening professional relationships, sharing international best practices, and introducing modern technological solutions.

The knowledge gained, new business contacts established, and practical experience exchanged during the visit create additional opportunities to improve the efficiency of leasing operations and further advance the digital transformation of Uzbekistan’s leasing sector.
